Dr. Warter has dedicated 44 years to consciousness, health awareness, and global education as a lecturer, author, psychiatrist, and seminar leader focused on consciousness transformation and self-awareness.
Born and raised in Chile, he developed strong adaptability skills while exposed to diverse environments through his father’s work in lumber industries. His literary career began early, publishing articles in newspapers and magazines from age eleven. His first book “Vaiven Vivencial” was published in Spanish in 1970 with a prologue by Pablo Neruda, followed by “Fragmentos’70”, “Hijo del Universo” (1983), and “Unidos en Libertad” (1986).
Throughout the 1970s, he studied with healers and shamans in Mexico and Peru, lived in Northern Africa and Europe, and learned from Kabalists in the Middle East. In 1978, he presented health theories to the World Health Organization in Geneva while maintaining a psychiatric practice in Colorado.
His extensive travels continued through the 1980s, including nine visits to Egypt, cultural research in French Polynesia, Fiji, and New Zealand, and trips studying monotheistic religions in Egypt, Israel, and Italy. He conducted significant work in Asia, visiting mental health institutions and connecting with local communities in Nepal, Thailand, Taipei, China, Hong Kong, and Japan.
